Quarter 4 Reflection


This quarter in e-Comm we got into groups to create a product and advertise it. we did this to show all of the skills we learned throughout the year in e9. We worked on the project the whole fourth quarter which seems to become very long and extensive. During this quarter as a group we faced many challenges. We ofter had creative block and would just sit the trying to figure out what to do. During this we learned that it was best to just take some time to focus on something else and then come back to it later. After making our first video we were told that if we tried a different idea might portray the product better so we took the advice and refilled our video. Overall I think the this quarter was very fund a great way to rap up the year.


Since we had the whole class to work on the project it was very easy to get distracted, we had to use time management and stay on task. When we had extra time we usually just stat workingon something else or tried ways to make our product better. I think my strengths in. e-Comm are being able to manage my time wisely and stay organized, I also think I am very good a collaborating and communicating my ideas to a group. I used my strength to make sue my gourd was on task and be sure we were all on the same page. I think I could improve on my animation skills, when we in animation I made sure to stay very focused so I could do my very best.



This quarter I really enjoyed really having a lot of freedom on our products. If I could do this again I would want to be more creative with our product because it wasn't very creative. Learning from this quarter I think we should keep doing al the rotations through each other one because I lost some skill s after not doing them for a long time. My goal next year in e-Comm is to still work on animation and websites so I don't lose those important skills.

• Embed your work at the top of your blog post under your Title. These past few weeks in video we worked on recreating the Bet on It video from High School Musical 2. As a group we thought this video would be really fun to create and challenging in many ways. We also had a good idea for locations already so we thought it would be do able. We started with pre-production by dividing up the work to be efficient and effective because we wanted to have as much times as we could to film. typography project

These past few weeks in graphic design we have been working on quotes in Adobe Illustrator for our typography project. We started by researching to find quotes the we liked and related to our lives. we only had to find four but at first I didn't love any of my quotes so I found about 10 and then picked my favorite four from that. then we looked at  daft.com and found fonts that we wanted to download to use in our quotes. the part was hard because a lot of the fonts I liked were similar. After the research process we started actually creating our quotes on illustrator.  First I started by typing out all my quotes in the original font. After that I organized each word and change the font then I added black and white graphics. semester reflection

This semester in video we did four major projects. My two favorite projects were the procedure video and ONW now story. Since the procedure video was our first video of the semester it took a little longer, we had about two weeks to do this video. As a group we faced many challenges with the new cameras and refreshing our editing abilities but after getting started our group did well. We were given a lot of feedback on our storyboarding and timing so we did the storyboard again with more details to have a better plan. Throughout this project I learned a lot about the new cameras and set expectations for video this year. With the cheer project we only had a week. With this project we did not face a lot of challenges our group picked a continent topic and used our time well.
